Then there is the big picture. For those in Ferguson, MO... they can look up into the sky in wonderment (depending on the atmospheric conditions) and they will see condensation trails.

I saw where they blocked I-44 last night. That's the last straw. You don't block Interstate's...
They are holding up commuter traffic, which is an inconvenience, but they are also holding up truckers hauling freight to and from businesses that absolutely rely on product arriving on time.
Anybody blocks an Interstate should promptly be roadkill.

The fact that he is still advancing towards the officer.
The 12th shot was in rapid secession after the 11th. At 6 shots per second with big mike advancing at one mile per hour that's 1.7 inches. At four shots per second and big mike advancing at 20 mph is 40 inches, a little over 3 ft. Do you know what numbers to plug into that equation?
And Wilson is 150 ft away at the time right?
According the the officer the last few shots came when MB was less than 10 feet away. Also according to the crime scene info the casings were within 5 feet of the body and in the exact vicinity they should have been given the officers version of events.

Add in the fact that the officer said he was backpedaling to move away from Brown. I haven't read everything yet so I'm assuming this (at least partly) accounts for the distance of 150 ft from the cruiser.

Ok the distance of 150 feet MS keeps referencing is from the vehicle, not the officer from MB.
Now that part makes sense, but it is completely meaningless. The officer was attempting to arrest MB and left his car as soon as MB was a safe distance away. Both prolly continuances moving for some time until the other shots were fired.

These folks who are attempting to make him into a martyr are ignorant as hell.
The grand jury considered the details and were then given the wrong jury instruction (they have been the wrong instructions since 1985), but I'm sure that doesn't bother you.
The police stance used to be the Wilson didn't even know big mike was a suspect, but I'm sure that doesn't bother you.
You are pretty ignorant on this issue yourself there SS, but I'm sure that doesn't bother you either.

So you don't know the rate he was advancing and you don't know the speed of the shots, but even at 3 feet advance between shots you still have not explained how a guy with 5 bullets in him and no gun is a threat to a guy with two bullets left that's ten feet away, not that I'm willing to conceded that it's ten feet.
And can you please show me the photos of casings please? I have not seen those.
And why did the DA babble on about about contradicting testimony being unreliable and the then only witness he quotes (Witness #10) contradicts him or herself from police interview to grand jury testimony? Riddle me that.

How does that make an unarmed man with 5 holes in him a threat? If this is so simple, such a slam dunk, why can't you guys pull it off?

He has already attacked the police office, he has already attempted to take his gun, he is refusing police commands and advancing on the officer.
What do I win?

In Oakland last night it was interesting to observe that the brazen marches up the freeway embankments to swarm and clog the I-580 were all comprised of young white students. Lots and lots of cops right on hand. But down on Broadway it was all black guys breaking into a car dealership. No cops around at all.
As for the dead gentle giant in Ferguson, I really don't understand how this whole thing got this far out of hand. He was a thug who had only nine minutes before committed a strong-armed robbery and was then walking down the middle of the street. What i hadn't realized until very recently was that the cop Wilson is a pretty big dude--also 6'4"--and when he ordered Brown off the road, I think Brown saw him as some kind of instant rival, one of the very few people around as big as him. And sure he attacked the cop. The notion that a cop, regardless of racist disposition, would simply flame a brother in broad daylight is absurd.
What's gone under the radar here in terms of just what fanned the flames of anger into a riot is the fact of the cops leaving Brown's carcass in the middle of the street for some four hours. Now consider that given the cop's perspective of having just been assaulted--and having defended his life in a desperate blaze of lead--a message to the community was forthcoming as to bear-rushing cops with murderous intent. And the fellow cops agreed completely and so they left Brown in the sun for hours. They didn't realize that the spin on the incident was going to go a full 180 degrees against them.
Certainly cops are too trigger-quick these days, the militarization is shameless--and the "civil forfeiture" bonanza is simply criminal. But, in this case Brown was basically committing "suicide by police."

The attack was over. The officer had the gun, big mike had 5 of its bullets in him. What command was he refusing between the 11th and 12th shot? How far did he advance between the last two shots?

Oh, you want justice and fairness? OK then. Are you aware that
the Ferguson grand jury has been praised for its "fairness beyond the norm." The prosecutors gave all the evidence to the grand jury as well as to the feds, and even released that evidence to the public. How much more open can it be?
Of course it depends on who's ox is being gored, you want to promise all my clients the same due process? I'm down.

The attack was not over. The forensics as well as real live witnesses corroborate this. Dude, for unknown reasons decided he was going to bum rush the cop. So the cop did what he had to. He stopped the threat, with 2 in the head.

Today I decided to listen to one of the lib stations on sirius XM. Get their take on everything. Fukk, was it painful to listen to. I expected the old niqqer on in the morning to tote the angry niqqer line, but, I figured I would get a little more balance from the afternoon lib white bitch. But, she was even worse. Absolutely painful to listen too. I could feel the IQ points being sucked from my skull, just listening to this stupid bitch and her equally stupid callers. The only possible explanation I can come up with is the lib assholes know they are heavily outnumbered IF pookie stays on the couch next election day, like he did this year. So, we will have full on pandering from lib whitey to do everything humanly possible to get them lazy niqqers energized. Trouble is, the only thing that will energize them sufficiently is another one of them on the ballot. And Hillary ain't gonna stand for that. If there is going to be a brotha on the ballot, he will ikely have an R after his name. And that would be the dems worst nightmare.

MB weighed 293 and was standing outside the door of the vehicle. Wilson weighs 210 & was seated in the vehicle (thus giving him a disadvantage of not only size, but position).
Next question?

I watched Wilson's interview with G. Stephanopolous, and a number of things Wilson said were curious to me.
But I don't care to put the effort into litigating it here.
Others can do so.
My own sense of the situation, though, is that Wilson instigated a reaction from Brown at the very beginning of their encounter by verbalizing something "a little strong and unnecessary" toward him.
Abusive, you could say.
But that's jmo, and I can certainly not prove it.
And also, it's not cause for him to be attacked by Brown as he sat in his car, which is surely what seems to have happened.
But I'm just sayin'.

Care to talk about something a little more relevant to the 12th shot? You know, the kill shot. The shot Wilson needed justification to let fly.

How about when the 18 yo is 100 lbs bigger?
And even if the kid is 120 lbs. It doesn't fukking matter. You rush a cop, he has the right to smoke your ass. Period. End of story. You also need to consider the fact that the gentle giant had a buddy with him.
