The early RSFSR - USSR had some level of 'affirmative action' in my mind - specifically the YevSektsiya and ZhenOtdel (Jewish Section and Women's Department).

Libs just want incorrect asylum seekers to be released into the US with a court date and a promise to appear. Yet liberals then don’t support ICE raids to round up those who have had their day in court or failed to show for court and have had deportation orders issued. Some want to do away with ICE completely.
