???????????????????????????
yeah, what gives between last week and this week, scott?
Bucs 4-1 vs. Skins 3-1?
Both lost on the road to AFC divisional opponents.
Yea, the Doinks are tougher than the Jets, but based on what I've seen of the Both teams, I like the Bucs as the stronger of the two.
Skins will lose # 2 on Sunday, while the Bucs will move to 5-1.
Any questions now?
This is why my knowledge and opinions on the NFL are held in esteem and why Goo and Phillywife are tards.

On to this weeks Power rankings:
1. Colts - down 17-0? no prob, won't have a test till week 9 when the paste the pats
2. Doinks - I hate 'em but the Hee Haws get the props. Jake's not losing any games and Shanny is running a smart game plan. I'm sure it can't last.
3. Bengals - Got it working. Should beat the steelers at home to cement this loft ranking
4 Tampon Bay - Big test now that DUI griese is gone for the year. Week 9 vs. the Panthers will tell us if they can represent if the Little Sister conference
5. Huge toss up, but I'll give the
Drunken Trolls the nod here, despite incredibly stupid coaching in week 4 they've made it through 2 of their 3 major bye weeks with victories and are in solid position to take the Heller division
Bottom 5
Vikings - suck harder than wifenphilly & Goo stealing gas with dixie straws
choakland - even tart and Rayduh hair gel have trown in the towels
Tardinals - Think Kaley lost any weight in AZ? Naaaaaa - me either
49ers - At least M2 went back home so our sheep are safe
Texans - My # 1 candidate for contraception

Yuc opponents are 10-22 on the season.
Yucs should have taken a L v. Detroit, and they beat down the hapless Pack by ONE point.

I liked this one...
Peyton Manning's passer rating jumped to 90.7 his second season. Right now Eli's is 88.3. If Eli can duplicate Peyton's success in the win column (the Colts were 13-3 in his second season), they'll be building statues of him in NYC.
What they fail to say is that if Eli blows playoff games like Payton, they'll lynch him before the statue is ever built.

not only that, the skins barely lost at denver (5-2) and at KC (4-2) and have beaten dallas (4-3) chicago (3-3) seattle (5-2) and of course throttled the lowly one win niners by 35 and that only after they got 10 points in garbage time vs backups.
the bucs havent even played a winning team- not their fault- but squeeking by GB and detroit and losing to a bad jets team is not exactly top 5 worthy, IMO. esp when your starting QB just went down for the season.
we'll see the bucs in a couple of weeks.
the skins are top 5 in O and D- the only team in the league with such a claim. #1 QB in the conference, #1 WR in the league. if the skins beat the giants on the road this week, they'll be in my top 5 as well.

Tom Jackson has us number 2 as well. Most have us top 5 easily. The defense is nails again as shown by our ranking. That defense will always have us in games and a new runnign game makes Gruden's offense go.
Oh.....I get it.....still bitter about everything. You still suck and we are on our second trip around in this parity filled NFL. I should have understood. My bad........
My condolences on another shitty year.

Uhhhh....skins only averaged 17 points per game BEFORE San Fran. When you roll for 52 this early it will SKEW your offensive stats, will it not? I think it added....what....8 or 9 points to your average?????

who said anything about points?
4-2. and no losses to the horrid jets. no need to apologize- just dont say how great you all are- esp with griese done for the year. lets see what the bucs do from here on out- when they play a decent team...which will be in a couple of weeks.

proverbial ? didnt know there was a proverb about having a top ranked offense. but you're right- why let facts get in the way of a good debate?
btw- did you really just say that one 52 point game in week 7 would allow the skins to jump from averaging 17 points a game to #2 in the league?

To the tard....never said we were 2 but definitely top 5. Just defending the reasoning.
gonowhere: Not much of a math person are you?
BEFORE the 49's game you guys had 83 TOTAL points for an average of 16.6. Add 52 and you have 135 divide that by 6 and.....
22.5 pts per game......a 6 point spike from ONE game.
Thanks tard.
Next......

right. got that.
follow me here.....i said skins were 2nd in the league in O...you said it was based on the
52 points the skins scored on san fran....i said its
not based on points but yards, and one 52 point game would not make any team averaging 17 points a game spike to #2 in the league in scoring anyway.
so, whos that math tard?
please proof read before posting. carry on.

While folks have a suitable argument for Tampa Bay to be included in the mix, the fact that Phil's kid is now at the helm gives me just as much ammo (if not more) to exclude them.
One game isn't going to do it, either, as Chrissie should throw for eleventeen hundred yards this weekend in his warmp-up game. Realistically, he (or Rattay) needs to show some presence against Carolina before the Bucs can feel like they're on solid footing.

There's your #2 team in the league, SUCkoff fan.
49ers - 15
SUCs - 10
Your alleged #2 team (or at
least top 5
) in the NFL got it's shit jammed up to it's eyeballs in a game in which your conqueror (the great Ken Dorsey) passed for all of 40 fucking yards.
Swell offensive juggernaut ya got there, Rexxxie.
Twig-arm Simms & co. could muster all of 10 pts (3 of 14 on 3rd downs, etc, etc, etc) against statistically the WORST defense in the NFL.
Summary for dumbasses like REX:
Your football knowledge ain't for shit, and your joke of a 5-2 team ain't MORE for shit.
Happy Sunday, stooge.
