If you haven’t seen the “Jumpin’ Jive” number from *Stormy Weather* (1943), featuring the incredible Nicholas Brothers, you’re in for a treat! Fred Astaire himself called it the greatest dance routine ever captured on film. The Nicholas Brothers, Fayard and Harold, were just 29 and 22 years old when they performed this jaw-dropping routinee. Their gravity-defying leaps, splits, and sheer energy will leave you speechless. Cab Calloway’s band sets the stage, but it’s the Nicholas Brothers who steal the show, leaving everyone in awe.
I wonder how many takes it took to get this right, and I wonder if any of the band members got their heads kicked in while performing it.

Cool dance routine. If you're into swing music, here's a good album on which Joe pays tribute to the likes of Cab Calloway & Louis Jordan:
And if you like groovy dance moves...

It was done on the first and only take. And I think a good bit of it was improv on the spot.

...Of course, there’s no “pandemic” this time to cover for the trip that the Party of Chaos wants to lay on the country, no excuse for gross and glaring ballot fuckery, for the days of anxious uncertainty following an election. Everybody and his uncle expect a gigantic tantrum to follow November 6 if Mr. Trump somehow overcomes the tide of bogus harvested votes, illegal alien votes, phantom overseas votes, voting machine swapped votes, lost-and-found votes, last-minute rafts of votes, and other products of the Marc Elias election sabotage machine.
...It took four years for slightly more than half of America to see that our country’s fate was in the hands of villains wrecking the joint. It looks like their depredations are nearly over. The USA really does not want to gurgle down the drain of history. We’re not ready to roll over and die. We’re waking up from an induced coma, starting to remember who we are. That has been the weird lesson of 2024. Surprise, surprise!

Spot on...and also, even the Dems, if they don't outright voice their opinion overtly, will at least think to themselves that if Harris "wins", the fuckery you cite was afoot.
Of course, the usual suspects on this board won't waste a second mulling over the oddity of someone with absolutely no qualifications to be POTUS, "winning" the election.
Based on the betting markets though, this will be a rout by Trump that will leave no doubt.

Now I know why you're so easily brainwashed by the Trumpers.
It's a skit it's not real.
Too funny.
No shit.
But sadly, that’s how you folks really are. That’s why it’s funny. Surprised windchime sales weren’t worked into it.

You bought it hook line and sinker.
Take the L. You're extremely gullible.
Unless you don't want four more years of skits.
Too funny.

Some people will believe any clickbait they encounter, as long as it confirms their existing biases, even if they have absolutely no factual information to base it on.
It seems to work both ways to a certain degree, but one side will deny their own gullibility all the way to anarchy. Social media will truly be our downfall.

Although we stand side-by-side on the near left edge of the spectrum (btw, I am 100% beta cis-male hetero), I find your meme extremely offensive.
Can you please edit the “-istan” part of the meme and re-post?
This meme makes the covert insinuation that people from countries that end in “-istan” , who are very likely people of color (non-white, non- white supremacist, non-racist) are in fact, dumbfucks. And this is a broad brush, painting the wrong picture.
I think you should kindly edit or remove your post. I have very close friends from Pakistan, who are non-white (and non- white supremacist, yet very anti-trans and homophobic), and I am deeply offended on their behalf.

Re: Post the best thing you saw on the internet today
This is what I mean District 14. And why I can't edit the map. People in Dumbfuckistan lack a sense of humor and intelligence. They actually think Bob Hope is funny and look for re-runs on the CW when they adjust the rabbit ears on their tube.
The map was obviously made as the election was going on. We ended up trading Michigan and Wisconsin for a Blue Wall to keep the illegals from Dumbfuckistan out of America and access to the Greatest Ocean ever seen by man. And it's going to be a greater Ocean by keeping illegals from swimming, surfing, and boating in it.
In the Western World...(istan) stands for white trash. Which is much different than the sandniggers you're talking about. I just wanted to make sure I didn't offend any of your friends.
I want to apololgize to you and your sandnigger friends for the confusiion.
Please except my apology. I see you're still living in America and we as Americans need to stick together and do all we can to keep the illegals out our great country. God bless you and god bless America.
