Are we seeing an anomoly here or is DD doing a decent job with Drew? I think his progression through five games has been staggering! You ready to admit I won that arguement? :wink:

I'm seriously backing up my original quote of "RIX happens..."

And maybe...just maybe...Jeffy payed attention to what Norm had to say over the summer?

The more I see the offense and Drew improve, the more I believe Rix was to blame. I was a Rix fan and went to school w/ him, but our offense looks night and day compared to the past couple of years. Drew has come along quite nicely and he has had to face some pretty decent defenses this season. I like how he stays in the pocket and still delivers the ball on the money even though he knows he is gonna get hit. Thinks look bright for the Noles.

I am still not sold.

The offense has just not done anything to lose the game for us yet. Which is good enough when our defense plays like....well....FSU.

It helps that we have a stable full of young WRs. And every defense that plays us decides to go all out to shut down the run and hope the QB fucks up. So far he hasnt too much. Props to Drew and XLee on that.

Miami: Sucked.
Citadel: Sucked 1st half.
BC: Sucked for three quarters
Syracuse: Sucked 1st half.
Wake: Didnt see the game. But for the stats, Didnt suck.


If we keep getting better on offense throughout the season, beat the gates and play in the ACC championship, I will admit I was wrong this year.

Start drafting that apoligy letter T. We all knew that Rix sucked but I think we have had our eyes opened a little wider after seeing a freshman 5 games into the season.

I still think JB is a joke but he is able to do more play calling wise now that he has a qb he does'nt think will lay the ball on the grown or flip it to an opposing defensive tackle. The addition of Mark Mchale as line coach will continue to be huge as the season progresses.
You say you did not see the wake game. That would have brought you around. They through every kind of blitz package known to man at drew and he passed the test.
