Does anybody have an explanation for all these yellow flags?

Do these zebras realize what the hell they are doing to the game? I almost turned off the Seattle/Texans game because of six penalties in the first nine plays! it was like that all around the league today. Is their contract up this year or something? Are they trying to send a message to the players? What the hell! :x
) They are getting ridiculous this year.. when they got called for hitting Carr too low on his legs- I gave up. You can't hit too high, you can't hit too low... In the next 5-10 years, we'll be watching the National Flag Football League.
