Neat way to make Wood in Photoshop

One of the most interesting things about Photoshop is to see how different people come up with different ways to create things. Since I'm creating a wood flooring companies site now, I came across this; :wink:

It sure beats using any plugins. You can really adjust the grains and colors to your preference.
