Super Bowl Party recipes
Post 'em here fellas, I need some ideas. Already have a buffalo chicken and marinated chicken. Looking for something on the nacho or bean dip realm.

Easy and delish Tex-Mex hot bean dip:
1 can 16 oz. refried beans
1 container 16 oz. sour cream
2 cups grated cheese (can be colby, monterey jack, or pepper jack)
1 package taco seasoning (Williams if you can get it)
Preheat oven to 350.
In an 8x8 or 10x10 inch glass backing dish, mix the taco seasoning well with the beans with a fork, until consistent. Smooth out beans until there's an even layer in the pan.
Use a large spoon to scoop sour cream on top of beans. I usually put it all in the middle, then use the back of the spoon to spread it evenly, covering the beans.
Evenly spread the cheese on top.
Cover with foil, and bake 30-45 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted and bubbly.
Let rest (sit) a few minutes before serving, as it will be very hot.
Dip can be eaten with large Fritos and/or tortilla chips.
