Many of you know Betty very well. She was in charge of graphics for the forum before we realized she was very bad at her job. The really nervous lady who would often bring up the anti-depressants she's on... that Betty.

We gave her this week's paycheck. After this week contact with her is restricted.

Betty seemed to be lacking in some of the skills necessary to produce our new product catalog. Our board has a mission and we need to respect that mission and its deadlines. The graphics dept. needs better, and we have better. Dave was trained in Fester and Felice protoccol and comes highly regarded.

As for transferring Betty to Haywood's dept., Betty was not only a sub-par employee but a burden to our insurance. Betty, as her stories would often attest, had enough anti-depressants coursing through her system on any given day to make the entire city of Chicago forget about their disappointing Small Bears team.

I hope there's a nice long list of men willing to take this position.
