Maher sucks! AS for Helen Thomas, I met her one time as she was leaving the White House. Nice little old bag. Wore clothes that looks like she just got back from shopping at Goodwill. Still she was nice enough to pose for a picture with me.

I really liked Bill Maher when Poltically Correct first started. After about three or four years he started to take himself waaaaaaay to seriously and forgot his show was supposed to make people laugh. Whoever told told Bill he had keen insight into politics should be shot and pissed on.

Hap,

I think it is safe to say that you are not in Maher's target audience.

target audience= berkley campus?

maher is a doucebag, but even he gets disgusted with the 99.9% flaming faggot liberals in the audience from time to time. doesnt make his show any more palatable for a right wing extremist like myself.

...and that's what's wrong with Maher and his shitty show. When it first started he wasn't a shill for either party, and it was heavy on the comedy and light on the politics and activism. Now it's the reverse.

Don't think Maher is so much shilling for the Dems as he HATES Bush. Maher bagged on Clinton plenty when he was in office. And don't forget that Maher was booking Ann Coulter and Michelle Malkin before Fox News did.

I tend to look at Maher as being more representative of a neo-libertarian demographic that neither party seems particularly interested in marketing towards. Kinda like the “South Park” Republican demographic, only with better cinematography.
