-George H.W. Bush: 29% late July, 1992
-Clinton: 37% early June, 1993

Moth, you're flying to close to an open flame. You do your homework and you'll see the article is stating lowest poll numbers, not where they finished. 37% represents the lowest numbers for Bubba and Dubya.
But hey the way things are going I see Dubya sinking on down if he keeps spending and continues his open border policy.

I'd say that the public's opinion on Bush's performance is a lot more legitimate than on Clinton's.
