I am shocked we won that game BtH!!! New Mexico is a very good program in women's hoops, the Pit is probably one of the 5 toughest places to play in women's basketball, and last night's game was home cooki'n at its finest. You could hear the shock in the radio PbP voices at some of the calls made. Courtney, Ashley, and Leah Rush all had 4 fouls with 8 minutes left to play. Leah Rush was being treated like UNM's Marsh's own personal rag doll whenever we had the ball and Courtney wasn't in the game but she only ended up with three fouls. Courtney was treated like she was ShaqII as New Mexico played Hack a Courtney everytime she got the ball and only got called on it minimally.Believe the Heupel wrote:Through the first three rounds of the WNIT, 23 points per game and 16 rebounds per game. Nice 11/15 performance against UNM in the Pit tonight.

For us to have won this game doesn't speak about just the future of this team but what we can do this year with these girls. It's going to be a long 4 years for women's hoops if you have Oklahoma on your schedule.
