"The finding is that the club has shouldered its burden of proof of clear and convincing evidence of player misconduct in that the four-week suspension was for just cause," Bloch wrote in his decision. "Additionally, there was no inherent violation of the labor agreement in the club's decision to pay Owens but not practice or play him due to the nature of the player's conduct and its destructive and continuing threat to the team."

lemme see if I got this right. he's suspended 4 games without pay. then, the checks start again and he can go play golf or do whateverthefukk it is he does in his off time.
I really don't think we'll need to keep to away from the shower rods.
He can spend the next 7 or 8 months getting himself in shape before he has to report to the raiduhs training camp.
Where the hell else do you go when you are thrown out of philly for chrissakes?

Wrong.
Thus, his four-game suspension stands, and the team now has the right to seek repayment of $1.725 million in signing bonus money from him. As previously reported in this space, Owens' contract gives the team the right to withhold his game checks for the final five games of the season (worth nearly $956,000) to offset the debt. So, if the team exercises its rights in this regard, Owens never will receive another dime from the team -- and will still owe the Eagles nearly $770,000 when the dust settles
RACK
And fuck you jizzaholic-that bitch wont be in the silver and black next season. We dont fucking need him. We need a real fucking coach and offensive coordinator.

fukk you right back faiduh. the raiders, back when they were actually the raiduhs as opposed to faiduhs, were always a collection of black sheep that didn't fit in anywhere else.
that formula got them more than 1 super bowl ring. the day they start shunning talent like TO because he is bad for team chemistry, they are officially done.
why maybe even niner fans will start slapping you has been wussies around.
nahhh, never mind, you guys will never be that pussified.

Thanks for proving that you know jack fucking shit about football or the cap. Not that im surprised-you
are the douchenozzle that said a fucking '57 gullwing could beat most muscle cars. Fucking clueless tard
Currently, the Raiders have nearly
40 percent of thier salary cap tied up in WR's alone. Randy Moss, Jerry Porter, and Doug Gabriel are a top tier WR Corps that is young. Moss is the oldest at 28 years.
We need a QB more than anything on the field, as well as a head coach and offensive coordinator.
We are stacked at WR. We Need a QB. We are barely under the salary cap. You do the math you fucking moron.

Owens has became more and more unlikeable when Rosenhaus became his agent. I thought T.O. was a little annoying last season with some of his celebrations and other crap but he got cool points for playing in the Super Bowl with the busted leg. Rosenhaus has had to have rubbed on him and now he's a total jerk. I'm glad he didn't get his way in the hearing.

First off, douchebag, it's a 55 gullwing. And I didn't say that it "could beat most muscle cars", although, in any category besides straight line acceleration, it could do that as well to most muscle cars from the 60s or 70s. What I said was that it could beat many so called performance cars in many aspects, including some built today. Now, that is admittedly a rather vague statement, so don't go twisting it to say I said it would beat a new mach1 or whatever.
Now, back to the topic. I said the logical place for TO to go is the same place that bad boys who didn't play nice with others have gone for years. The faiduhs. The faiduhs have a long history of turning outcasts into SB champs. But that is ANCIENT fukking history, I 'spose.
As for the faiduhs needs, I will admit to being completely ignorant. Just knowing that they suck arse in general is all I need to know or have any interest in knowing.
Thanks for enlightening me to the fact that they have tons of great receivers but nobody to throw it to them. Sounds like they need a new GM more than anything. But, as long as Al Davis is breathing, I guess that doesn't matter either.
sux to be faiduhfan, I guess.

For only 3% of your salary you can hang out at Drew's crib.

Because he undercuts all the other agents- where they charge 3%, he only charges 2.

I'm not sure 'we' need a qb more than we need a MUCH better o-line.
Tough to have a vertical passing game when the qb can't count on having time to set up and throw the deep patterns which take some time to develop.
Also tough when your running game is averaging just 3.5 per carry.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not sold on Carrie Collins, but I think the
main problem on the field is that the o-line isn't getting it done.
When Collins has been able to get comfortable, he's done a nice job.
When not, he's looked pathetic.
His leadership and field intangibles leave a LOT to be desired also.
I also think in the modern NFL you really need a qb who has at LEAST a touch of mobility.
Collins is verrah poor in this area.
Protection breaks down and he's cooked.
As it stands now, November 26, I say Al won't have Norv back next season.
I wouldn't be sad.
