Is it safe to say the Clippers are for real?

That other team in los angeles that plays hoops is starting to make a name for themselves for the first time since forever. 12-5 7-1 at home knocking off teams like the Heat, Twolves, and Cavs.
If they beat the Spurs or at least keep it close then there will be no telling what they are capable.
Just hope when they eventually have a losing streak they can snap out of the funk earlier now.

isn't 93/94 the last time they made the playoffs? if so, i'll say yes. every 10 years many franchises put something decent together.

Clips are playin good basketball. They stumbled a bit with Brand out of the lineup, but he's back, so they should start rackin up Ws again on a regular basis. They'll easily make the playoffs I'm sure, but they'll be hurt by their lack of postseason experience. Mobley and Sam I Am will help out a bit in the category, but it won't be enough. They're still a couple years away from being experienced enough to go deep in the playoffs. Great core of players in Brand, Magette, Livingston, Wilcox, Caveman and the rest. Let's hope Sterling don't fuck it up (ok, who'm I kidding?).

They didn't look very "real" against PHX a couple of nights ago, and that was with Brand.
Seriously, I think they are going to be a bottom tier playoff team and suffer a first round loss. If that is for real, then I guess they are.
