I think Collins will be looking for big time retribution against a team he feels betrayed him...
That being said-
Giants 99
Oakland -3

I laughed at the title of this thread. Hard.

@ BB as well.
My beloved silver and black packed it in weeks ago.

well, the giants are not a good team on the road. they have beaten exactly 2
very scary teams away from home- the niners and the owens/mcnabb/westbrook-less eagles...in OT of course.
so, they suck ass away from home.
i think the raiders have a shot. hell, look what brunell/ramsey and moss did to them saturday. and tiki still hasnt scored a rushing TD away from home. collins and moss could have a field day.
i say-
raiders 27
giants 24

Giants 38
OakTown 10
The starters will be out by halftime. Looks like a home wildcard game, prolly v. Panthers.
Raiders only hope is that Moss victimizes a horrible Giant secondary ('sup Will Allen) .....that is assuming Collins stays sober long enough to throw him the ball.

If the Giants somehow lay a COMPLETE egg then Oakland has a chance to hang in the game.
It's not happening though.
James said it, Oakland QUIT a few weeks ago.
Giants win comfortably.

My question is how empty will the coliseum be for the nationally televised game.

An official 2005 NFC East division champions locker-room hat with the Giants' logo on it? $21.99.
The accompanying T-shirt? $19.99.
The Washington Redskins winning the NFC East title instead?
Yesterday that was priceless, because while the NFL was selling official Giants NFC East championship gear at its online store, the league did not appear to be selling similar items with the Redskins logo. The Redskins, of course, could still steal the division title from the Giants this weekend if the Giants lose in Oakland on Saturday and the Redskins win in Philadelphia on Sunday.
But that didn't stop NFLshop.com from featuring official "locker room" gear from a Giants' locker room celebration that may never take place. The site offered a white hat with the words "Division champions" over the Giants' "NY" logo and a gray T-shirt with a similar design. And though both items were available for purchase, the site noted they wouldn't be shipped until mid-January.
The Giants had no comment on the NFL's premature sale. The league also made a similar blunder in the NFC South, where Carolina Panthers division championship shirts and hats are currently available, even though they could still lose the title to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
c'mon, raiders. collins says he wants payback. the NFL is dissing your team...what more motivation could you want?

I've got mine.
Do you really think the Raiders will beat NY? The Eagles have more to play for in terms of pride than the Raiders (not to mention they have more heart).
You may be on the outside looking in no matter what happens in Oaktown. You have the Eagles, 'boys have the Shams. Last I looked, the NY football Giants are the only team in the NFC east with a guaranteed spot in the playoffs. How's that taste?
BTW, the hats suck.

What a fuckin' joke.
Division Champs?
All you need to know about that division is that the Raiders are 2-1 against it.
They'll be 3-1 after Saturday.
Oakland Raiders - 31
ny giants - 13

to answer your first question- i'm not sure, but they have a shot. if it were a home game for you guys, i wouldnt question it.
if the skins can't beat the eagles- (and i agree they have some heart -not enough to be the scary cards, but they do have heart and should be motivated at home)- then the skins dont belong. no question about that.

Trust me, most of the Raiders don't even know there's a game tomorrow.
No hope, no help, sorry.
