North Carolina, Missouri, Witchita State, and Oklahoma are all overated IMHO.

Mississippi, Baylor, Alabama, and College of Charleston are all under rated.

Can't really argue with Texass being number 1; they certainly deserve it. Oregon State I reserve judgement on after shoving my foot in my mouth on them last year; I just don't buy the hype but left them out of the over rated catagory because of all the crow I swallowed last year.

I don't even remember. The last week just sort of blurs together. I think I drank more this last week than I did the entire year.

Me you and Lefty kept it on life support last season. I doubt it will be much different this season but I am not complaining. Atleast there is finally somewhere on the internet to discuss college baseball. Well atleast the three or four of us that still pay attention before the CWS. :?

Can't argue too much with the rankings as I haven't seen anyone play yet. Texas as defending champs might as well stay at the top.

I do hope though this season the committee looks at previous years results and doesn't invite every SEC team to the regionals. What a poor showing over the past few years when they have had so many teams in the post season.

I'm going to get more into College Baseball this year. A lot of it will have to do with that new game, but the guy who runs ND's football site on scout always has great Irish baseball coverage. So I'll try to pop in here more.

I have a reply to this but it is better suited for the other thread on the game...
