Basically this film is a documentary about Timothy Treadwell, who would travel to Alaska and bear country. He lived among them, get closer than people should to the grizzly bears coming into contact with them. That is until one year a bear finally ate him and his girlfriend. With the footage from Treadwells home movie camera the director pieced together his life in the wild along with interviews with people who knew him. The footage is extraordinary, him talking to the bears and getting within inches of them. Its both interesting and puzzling. According to his parents and a few friends,Treadwell almost had the role of the bartender on "Cheers". The role Woody Harrleson ended up getting. He ends up finding a life as an animal conservationist notably bears and would travel every summer to the end of Alaska to "protect" the bears from hunters and the enviornment. All I really have to say about the film is,,RACK the bear the fucking ate this kook! This guy was a mental case who actually believed the bears accepted him as one of them, watching him narrate his home movies you see that he was a narrcistic idiot who might have cared about the bears, but let the fame he got from it go to his head. He would do up to 15 takes of himself narrating the movies. Then he dragged his poor girlfriend, who was against him doing this, into the wild and got her eaten as well. the most disapointing part of the film is that they have the audio of him being eaten, yet dont let you hear it. The fuckin director listens to it on headphones(the lensecap was still on due to the surprise attack by the bear, yet they camera was rolling) he breaks down in tears and tells us that noone should ever hear this audio. Fuck that I wanna hear that bitch scream and beg for mercy!

The point is if you're gonna fuck with a wild animal expect to get your ass shredded eventually. just ask roy horn.

??
I've seen a condensed half hour version of that on the television a while ago and they played the audio. It makes your skin crawl - very disturbing. I don't understand why the film wouldn't include it.

Director's choice out of respect for the couple.

Was it bad Dr. Phibes?

Anywhere on the web you can find the audio?

Yeah it's terrible, that's why I remember it.

He was outside the tent and you can hear him getting dismembered by the bear. He's screaming for her to get a knife and come out and help him - she's inside the tent completely hysterical, then goes out and gets butchered as well. It's gruesome and it goes on for ages.

Are you sure the lens cap was on, I could be wrong, but I remember seeing her in the tent with a torch?

I'm not sure if it's on the net, I saw it on some human interest programme maybe, a year ago? And yeah, he was twat dragging her along.

Thats according to the director of the film. I just did a search on google and found only articles. Do you remember what the program was called?

Sorry but no, I honestly don't. It was one of those post - news journal type things and I can't recall the network. And this is Canadian television, mind. And again I might be wrong, but I remember the camera being on and lying on the ground inside the tent. She had a light on and didn't know what to do for ages.

That bear must be an ursus mvscalus.
Like mv, it seems to only prefer black cocks.

The lense cap was on the entire time, so there was only audio.
He's screaming for her to get a knife and come out and help him
During one of Treadwell's filmings he mentioned that under no circumstance would he hurt a bear in any way. I guess once the realization hits that you're about to die from one, your "principles" go flying out the window.
