It sucks if your name is Qbert

Poor Browns fans. Red Right 88, The Drive, The Fumble, The Move, The Jamal 500...it just keeps going and going.

Some interesting shots:
13. (tie) Kansas City Chiefs
They can always say they played in Super Bowl I and won Super Bowl IV, but the glory days are growing ever more distant (why, oh why, did they draft Todd Blackledge instead of Jim Kelly or Dan Marino?). Heck, even the Royals would have made a playoff opponent punt the ball at least once.
10. (tie) San Diego Chargers
Damn. If only it had been Ryan Leaf who insisted he would never play for San Diego.
The freakin' Raiders caught a break though, even though they've done nothing but get their asses kicked all year this year and haven't won dick since Marcus Allen.

Is this War Wagon fuck usually this paranoid or has he not taken his meds today?

Let me guess, you're a Chiefs fan? Oh shit, now I really must be a troll! If I happen to discover what team a couple other members root for, you might have to ban me on the spot, because that would just be impossible. I mean, it isn't like you can figure these things out from reading people's posts or anything.

Where's the admin? Somebody has to confiscate my posting privileges ASAP. This is out of hand, people.

But on a serious note, SUCK MY FUCKING DICK. You're welcome.

We started a friggin' campaign to get our president/GM fired...what else do we need to do to show how much we're suffering? Cleveland at least has a coach that is a rising star. New Orleans is a mess right now but if they can get Vince Young, imagine the excitement around that team. The Texans are going to get Reggie Bush and a new coach...things will turn around for them...they're a young franchise. The Lions haven't won a title in the Super Bowl era and they're going through one of the worse stretches in NFL history. Trust me, we're suffering plenty up here.

If the Texans are stupid enough to draft Bush, I'm taking David Carr in the death pool.....

They need to parlay that 1st rounder into a couple of top flight offensive linemen.....

But I understand your pain Shoalz.......but lets be perfectly honest, if you want to be Number 1 (on the misery index), you've got to hope they keep Millen....that's the Lions only hope

I agree. O-Line is the need. Trade down and get two quality O-Lineman early.

They might draft Bush. After all, that would give them Carr, Bush, and Andre Johnson to work with on offense. You can get O Line in later rounds, and the Texans have a few picks this year. Carr may still pan out...its not like he can throw sitting on his ass.

IMO Carr has panned out. Like you say, he can't throw from his back. But the kid is tough as nails and every time I have seen him given a chance to throw, he's done well. Mind you, that hasn't been often. But he's a damn sight better than throwing Young or Lienart to the wolves. I just don't see the facination with Bush and the Texans when a trade down to a mid 1st round position will free up more cap space to go after the kind of experienced O line help that team desperately needs.

I agree but I cant even imagine the pressure that is being put on by the fans, media and rich execs to go after a big time, marquee name like Bush or Young. I wonder if their would be a mutiny if the Texans traded the pick.

I think its a combo of a few things.

Mgmt needs excitement after a 2-14 year.
If they hire Kubiak, as is strongly rumored, he would have the needed weapons on offense.
Txns think they can get O Line help in later rounds.

I wouldn't call 3-13 exciting.......

Txns think they can get O Line help in later rounds.

Isn't that what they've thought since their inception?

Sooner or later the FO has to get serious about improving the team, obviously that time hasn't come yet.

Look for Bush to get hammered and miss a significant portion of next season.

Of couse they do, that's why they've got Wiegert, Weary, McKinney, Brown, and Pitts as their starting O-line....

Did I say I was taking Carr in the 2006 death pool?

I'd like to add Houston's first pick if opt not to draft some offensive linemen in the first few rounds......

I read in the paper down here that they'll take Bush and since they have a second and two third round pix that they'll load up on the O line then. Of course, that would make too much sense for Casserly.

This isn't about having your back, Q.

This is about what I thought was a T1B NFL forum ironclad rule: No trolls allowed. Maybe you haven't seen thru the act yet, but it's pretty apparent this is a troll.

As for having game, if "SUCK MY COCK FAGGOT" means having game, well, I must've taken a wrong turn at troll train.

Whatever, this annoying schlep will undoubtably cut his own nuts off sooner rather than later.

Then one would question what they intend to do with Domanick Davis.....

somehow I can't see that guy being happy as a backup to Bush......besides, he's too good of a back.....

if the Texans are willing to risk it all on Bush, trading Davis for some line help might also be an option....

frankly, I'm not sold on Bush being the second coming of Gale Sayers....in the national championship game, Bush's speed was pretty much negated by the speed of the Texas defense......and the speed of play simply increases at the next level......

it's going to be interesting to see if Bush's game translates in the NFL....

No one could live up to the hype surrounding Bush. However, I do think he'll be a good back. Texans will probably keep both...having two good backs in the NFL never sucks. Especially behind that O Line.

Bush will be a part time RB this season, so I don't see the Texans trading Davis. The real question is.....will Bush ever become more than a part time RB? If not, then his selection as the first or even a top 10 pick is a mistake.

The fact he had to share the load at USC can't be a good sign. Think about it, Marshall Faulk, Edge, LT, Larry Johnson, McCallister and many others were the primary RB, as in they go 90% of the carries on their college teams. There have been some part time RB's who have made it in the NFL, but they are fewer and further between.
