wilco is in two weeks, never seen them live. 9im anticipating a boring show, thats why ill be drunk as a skink. going with a buddy that just got married with a kid on the way and drink alot too, btw.

dinosaur jr. is making the reunion rounds and well, i smoked alot of dope and finger banged alot of catholic whores to youre living all over me. this one im taking the wife to, because she claims she likes them even though she cant name one song off of the two cds she supposedly owns; sokay, im buying three tickets OO (one for patsy) to show the wife what i would be titty fuckin if i werent married. shes gonna have so much fun. threesome, perhaps?

other than those, i think red house painters are playing somewhere or already have and im already there. not.

I didn't think you'd be depressed enough for Red House Painters.

Dino J is skipping the 314. Wedding Present ain't playing here this time around. So are most of the other shows I'd pay money for. Wilco I dig but not $30 dig. Call me when Uncle Tupelo does a gig.

I might pay $30 to see Wilco, but it would have to be a small, indoor venue (which means I won't be seeing them) because when I saw them play an amphitheatre, I was literally almost falling asleep.

I've seen Wilco twice for free in recent years...none too entertaining.

Their followers are more entertaining...the ones that try to convince you Jeff Tweedy is the most important figure in the history of mankind.

shut the fuck up, you were not. more like falling asleep on the ride home because of all the dope ERRR squares you smoked.

wilco is one of the best bands around and they will NOT disappoint you live. if you are not familiar with their music, get yankee hotel foxtrot, summer teeth, and a ghost is born. that's where a majority of their live shit comes from with a few from AM and being there. seeing wilco at the state in kalamazoo was an experience i'll never forget. make sure to scream "BLOODIER THAN BLOOD!" at the right moments during "a shot in the arm," which they are almost guaranteed to play.

jeff tweedy is a genius, much like sufjan stevens. he's not the most important figure in human history, but he's a genius nonetheless.

I like Wilco but the show was a bore. It wasn't even that the band sucked, it was just the wrong venue to see them in. What part of that are you having problems grasping?

OK, I must have been smoking dope during the 15 minutes that Wilco was big. Anybody got a YSI link they would like to drop on the unsuspecting masses?

Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is an album I'd recommend someone purchase without hearing any of it. Trust me, you'll dig it.

I'll throw in three free "racks" to be used at a later date for any requested BSmack post if you do mine second.
