The Raiders should stay away from Vince Young as we need to upgrade our defense. Let CWood walk unless he is willing to move to safety. Trade Jerry Porter to Carolina for their first round draft pick and with our 2 first rounders take the Haloti Ngata from Oregon and Tamba Hali from Penn St.

memo to Tom Walsh. Courtney Anderson is apart of the offense,how bout you design some plays for him? Jimmy Raye wasn't able to grasp the concept that Randy Moss wasn't open ALL the time. Hopefully you can.


Give Andrew Walter a real shot at starting,he impressed me last year in preseason and its not like next year is a Super Bowl year.

My only real free agent wish is Julian Peterson. We havent had a legit LB core since the 2002 season.

If the Raiders were able to nab Ngata, Hali and Peterson, I would say that is a good off season. I hope the Raiders get better. Its better for the game if the Raiders are competitive.

As armchair GMs, we think alike. I was kinda thinking if a team could make trades and get two high first rounders, these two officially make you scary from the get-go.

OK, now that's just crazy talk. You're going from "scary" to "winning the SB in the next couple of years."

Ninerfan will be sad to see Julian go. He's about the only thing we've had to cheer about for the last few years. BY just hasn't been the same lately.

My problem was Collins trying to force the ball to Moss despite him being triple teamed. Unfortunetly alot of times it was a better option then throwing to the single covered Jerry Porter. I'm not declaring Courtney Anderson the next Shannon Sharpe but at 6'7 260 you gotta take advantage of the obvious mismatches he creates. And the Raiders did not last year. Dump passes to him can turn into 15-20 yard receptions. It keeps the defense honest and gives Randy Moss more freedom to get open downfield.

Just my opinion. Take it as you will.
