TO is a Cowboy

Have fun shitbags. Can't wait to see all the Dallas fans who have done nothing bitch about TO the past 6 years and the star incident try to say it was not a big deal, etc...

Bledsoe is too much of a pussy to handle TO bitching when he is not getting the ball thrown to him. This is going to be fun to watch...
"I'm going to put those things behind me," Owens said. "They can only make a man stronger, wiser. For me, that's what it's done. I'll be a better teammate, a better person, a better man in life. I'm looking forward to this opportunity. I couldn't be more excited to be here."
Yeah- I'll believe it when I see it.

Owens, Rosenhaus and Jones were all buddy-buddy at the presser...caught some of it on NEWS. It only goes downhill from there...the first Bledsoe-Owens or Parcells-Owens media exchange or sideline incident should be interesting. As long as they're winning, he'll be the good soldier but if they struggle out of the chute, you have to think a meltdown is just around the corner.

So says ESPN.

Drop a couple of O-linemen on the boys and you show me where thay are weak?

They could stand to upgrade Keith Davis, but they've got some pretty solid talent up and down the roster.

Look for the Cowboys to go OL and DB in the draft.

Dallas is the team to beat in the East. Parcells might even get his 3rd title. He had to sign a deal w/ the devil to do it though.

Last I checked, Bledsoe was still Dallas' QB. Washington is still the team to beat-on paper.

Lame spin? Why would anyone want a time bomb that is set to go off at any minute? Dude implodes TWO teams and fuck him. Fuck you too, fatty.

I am not going to come in here and say I am happy. I hate the ground TO walks on and I will always bash this sum bitch. I don't know if there's anyone alive on this earth that can handle TO. I'm sure Parcells will have a good grip on the situation and I hope he has the freedom to cut this prick the second he mouths off.

One thing I can guarantee is that there will be no cheering upon a TO touchdown. I can be happy for the Boys as a team, but I will never praise anything TO does on an individual basis.

Shit I am pissed about this signing, but it is what it is. Owens is a Cowboy, and the Boys are now truly fucked if things don't go according to TO.

One more thing, FUCK YOU MARLEY

In Jerry Jones strange little world, this is a win-win situation.
1. If TO gets Dallas to the playoffs, it brings Dallas back into the elites of the NFL.

2) If TO implodes, then at least Dallas will be the buzz around the league and Jerry will have the spotlight he desperately craves.

Fottball wise, If TO doesn't implode it significantly improves Dallas with Julius, Drew, and Witten benefitting from the attention TO will get from defenses. Big IF though...

And, yes, TO is a still a piece of shit...but he now is Dallas's piece of shit :D and I wish him well.

I'm also pretty sure that is correct.

Looks like the perfect situation from where I'm sitting.

'boysfan should be doing cartwheels right about now.

I don't know about cartwheels.

Jerry actually structured this contract to read like three 1 year contracts. That gives them the option to cut his ass at any time. He also made him the highest paid reciever, and did not put language in the contract about behavior. In other words they gave T.O. the respect he felt he was owed by the Eagles. Couple that with TO's ego and you've set the stage for him to be on his best behavior for a year to silence the critics.

For THIS year, this will be a positive signing. TO has always performed on the field. I don't think anyone has ever questioned his ability to play ball. It's his ability to shut the fuck up that has been severly lacking.

This is when Parcells gets to earn his money

Hello Peeps!

Not a bad pick up by the boys, IMHO. You'll get 1 really good season out of Terrible. He's got skills no doubt.

Kind of ironic.........

Just passing through, great to see ya'll.

The media will jizz all over itself ALL season long in anticipation of a T. Blow meltdown.

The slightest hint of a problem will be covered like Abu Graib.

Hence, it will be a continual media circus all year in Dullass.

Not to worry though, Cowpoke fan.
I see Owens basically behaving himself and contributing positively on the field for the 'boys this year.

This is a good one-year pick up.

Beyond that, all bets are off.

The cancer is only in temporary remission.

Alright what are the odds?

I'd suggest the line at -280.

Opening Day Prop Bet:

Will TO dance on the Dallas Star when he receives his first home TD in a Dallas uniform?

At least this time they won't be throwing things.

I say no. He will dance on the middle of the field at Veterans though if he scores in Philly. Hopefully, McNabb is there to drill him. I'll be praying for 5 TO TDs that day just so mybe, just maybe, someone will tear his knees apart.

No shit. Isn't it amazing that because of this one asshole and PhillyFan's reputation, they will probably quadruple security for that game alone.

Beer prices to go up when the Cowboys come to town.

I don't think so. He will probably get on his knees and praise the star or some other antic to get the fans on his side. He'll probably do Mcnabbs version of the gay moonwalk in philly. I MIGHT chuckle at that.

He will run to the star a la Emmitt Smith his first TD, and Crack Fiends will eat it up.

If anybody worth his salt in Philly has a shot at him, cheap or not, they will hit that muthaphukka with everything they muthafukkin got. The team will cover the fine. If they're any kind of team.

Blah blah blah.

By Week 3 you will be here sporting a T.O. avatar, and as soon as he collects td #8 for the season in game six, you will be on NFL.com ordering a replica 81 jersey.

From profootballtalk.com-
BUYER'S REMORSE IN BIG D?

Based on some of the rumblings we're hearing out of Texas, it sounds like members of the Cowboys front office already are beginning to question the wisdom of signing receiver Terrell Owens.

Between the book deal, which we hear wasn't disclosed to the team before he signed, and the self-aggrandizing (is there any other kind?) rap song on his web site, and the rampant talk in league circles that Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was merely bidding against himself for T.O.'s services even though he apparently was led to believe otherwise, there is a concern that maybe, just maybe, Owens is the same guy now than he was a year ago.

Some league insiders are convinced that Owens is no different. "This guy has not changed and will not change," opined one league source.

"He's a star among stars," added the source. "That says it all. This will not work.

"This will cause the demise of Jerry and Bill [Parcells], too."

We'll keep our ears open for more.

And we'll keep eating our popcorn.
