MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica - A Caribbean cruise will be terminated after a shipboard fire, and all passengers will be rerouted, the captain announced Thursday.

The early Thursday morning blaze was apparently started by a cigarette and raced through cabins on the ship, injuring 11 people, officials said. One American passenger died.

Moral: Don't light your smokes with a blowtorch.

If you're on a cruise ship, you're probably close to dying anyway. Justifiable risk.

bus, mountain roads, third world country.

if you are dumb enough to combine those three, you have a better than average chance of getting your ticket punched everytime, and it's your own fault..

No bitchin allowed.

Why is the burnt area smaller than the plane? What happened to the wings and why didn't they leave a mark? Why is it burnt several rings in?
Why wasn't the cigarette butt found?

Obviously a missile strike coordinated between Al Qaeda and the CIA.

I've never been on a cruise so I don't really know the rules on smoking but I'd then to think they'd be pretty strict, and for good reason. My question is what kind shitty sprinkler system did that crappy ass boat have? one cigarette doing all that damage? Do you want to get rid of the galley and any other sources of open flames? I'm sure they don't have any candles on the boat either and the engines? Fuck it paddle boats from now on!!!!
