easy lime shrimp

take around a pound of jumbo's shelled
juice of 3 limes or so
few pinches of salt
1/3 cup cane sugar or so
tablespoon of evoo or so
place shrimp, salt, juice, evoo in bowl and toss, let marinade for 30 minutes or so.
heat skillet and toss shrimp in and turn when carmelized (1 or 2 minutes)
that may be too much sugah (i don't measure) so do to taste......
my experiment turned out great btw, nice mixture of tangy/sweet
