Is there a hamburger grilling device like this one?

I'm looking for one like I saw on a show where this little mom and pop burger joint cooked burgers only one way- they molded ground up beef into a patty, slammed a big slice of onion on top, and then squeezed it in between these two metal rack things and put that thing in SIDEWAYS to an old-timey mini-stove thing that had flames on both sides to cook it evenly. Then you take the burger out with the onion cooked on it and slap it on two pieces of buttered toast and stick a slice of tomato on the burger. That's it- no mustard, mayo ,anything else. Of course you do have to season the burger with salt and pepper. Is there any device out there like this? I tried to re-create this epic burger the other night with my Foreman and it definately was an epiphany....BUT I'd like to get one of these flame-broiled with a little device like I saw on that show. Has Popeil done anything like this?
