Great review there patty.
My take on it is its pretty decent for a Rob Schneider and Jon Lovitz movie but Jon Heder and David Spade as well as the repetitive bathroom humor makes it a little unwatchable. But its probably better than anything ive been in so who am i to judge, right?

Well, Jess, if nothing else you'd certainly be a prime authority on bad movies.

I would agree that some of my choices, although popular among my peers, would not garner the same admiration on these boards.

The title says "Benchwarmers," not "Cockwarmers."

Well I know the movie LOOKS stupid, but those are usually the movies that make me laugh. So I was just wonderin'...

#1 Jon Lovitz is always $. Too bad he's always in bad movies.

You're right, I would. That's because I would actually hit it as opposed to staring at them long enough in order for me to remember what they look like so I can rub one out later in the bathroom.

When young Austin was back in school accepting some award and he went to thank his dad but Dad wasn't there everyone was laughing at him including one portly gent who you could make out a grin behind 5 pounds of jolly costuming called his fat face.

From the trailer, it looks fucking dreadful. The kind of thing Cicero would find daringly amusing and - yawn - 'controversial'.

A 13% makes it the 76th worst rated movie of the 86 movies released so far in 2006.

Actually, I think it looks fucking lame and the only time I could see myself watching it, is if HBO 6 decides to play it on a Wed evening w/ nothing else on.

Did you know that Rob Schneider took lessons from Willie Mays (sp) for this movie, as well as from Barry Bonds?
Also, John Lovitz used to play baseball, minor leagues or something like that.
I love that Heder dude.
I'm looking forward to seeing it.

It's down to 12% now. The makings of a cult hit, instead? :?

Saw it last night. Wait for it on DVD. Beter yet, wait for it on HBO. It sucked.
