Just a side note...

DNA is not required to prosecute a rape case, no matter what "CSI" would have you believe. After all, they did it all the time before DNA analysis was available.

There are ways to rape a person without leaving DNA. Any rapist who believes in safe sex would use a condom anyway.

So you're correct, you don't need DNA to prosecute a rape case. But the odds you're putting the right guy behind bars are severely hampered without it.

I have a hunch that I'd be leaving DNA evidence allllll over Miss Hennessy.

The woman should be able to support her two children and pay her tuition without having "to sacrifice her body to make money."
