This probably never would have happened if they had just gotten the permits, had the proper inspections, etc.

based on a maximum estimated street value of $3,000 per plant
I wish...just once...that these "spokesmen" and reposters would give me the names of people who are ponying up the "street values" they always seem to drum up. I suppose that maybe by the time the lobsters get done, and are selling it by the joint, those numbers might come close.

If I could have just found a few of those people, I'd be sitting in my beachfront mansion, or in my jail cell...one or the other. If I could get 3 GRRR per plant, I'd be throwing up unpermitted electrical and drywall so fast it would make your head spin.

And remember -- when wiring up a growing operation (yeah, don't pull the permits for that one, Goobs), it's usually a DARN good idea to put it on its own secondary breaker...OR SO I'VE HEARD. Yeah, that's it...heard.

Well, I get around a little.

I hear a good-working CO2 system helps alleviate some of the fire risk. Although it sounds like the fire was unrelated to the "garden" in this case.

The CO 2 works both ways. Bring the co2 levels up and the plants do better, or so I have heard. You could always wire in temp sensor that would release a full blast of carbon dixoide and take care of the fire for you.

Back in the decadant early 80's, I was a volunteer firefighter. This dudes house caught on fire about a block from my house and the fire station.I had figured he had a grow there because of ht ebright lights eminating from his attic vents. I was hollering at 4 other dudes in the station that we had to get there before the chief and brass did, because we could pinch his plants.

We arrived, sent 3 guys after the fire downstairs and went to check the attic for "fire extension". Pocketed about 1/2 pound of primo bud each. Dude never got found out on that fire, but had another fire and burned the whole fucking house down about 2 months later, from the grow.

Darwinism.

Growing without CO2 is a complete waste of time...or so I've heard.

I wonder if you could get high just by standing close to the flames and inhaling.

Probably used an extension cord, too. Moron.
