Quick question
Why didn't Big Baby go pro? I mean, he's a big man, likely to go very high in the draft and is risking millions of dollars if he stays. Idiot!

He did the right thing.
Next year the new labor agreement will be in full effect and the draft class will be a lot smaller and more select. He also isn't very tall and needs to work on his medium game some more before he becomes the next Tractor Taylor

I agree with you. But, he is a sure fire lottery pick and who would turn down something like that just to stay in school?SunCoastSooner wrote:He did the right thing.

There are a lot of post players that have declared early this year Killian. Next year he is almost assured the #1 post draft in the draft. That is a difference of a couple million dollars. I also think he has been advised well that he needs to work on his mid game to make it at the next level. He isn't suited for European play. It's NBA or bust for him.Killian wrote:I agree with you. Oh, so players actually use college for developmental purposes? I've just read on this board that if you are a sure fire lottery pick, especially as a big man, you have to go.
So this line of thinking is wrong?

You follow me around this whole board. Get some type of life or something....a girlfriend.....a job.......anything.
How sad is your life you create thread after thread for one purpose?????
Big Baby was NOT the huge pick.....Tyler was/is....he left.
Big Baby is a 5-12 pick.
You can't even get what I said right. The guy from OSU would have been number one, he most likely will be next year. Maybe you understand, maybe you don't. At this point, psycho, it doesn't matter.

Please. The only thing I may follow around are people who post random shit that they don't know anything about and that they can't back up. If my posts follow yours that says more about you than it does about me. And I can't get what you said right? Let's check, shall we?
Implying that he'll go pro because he shouldn't risk an injury. Same I said with Big Baby.T REX wrote:He'll be gone after next year then. No way he risks injury. OSU fan will be pissed after a year. They will have a great season then *pop*!
And from earlier in this post, by you:T REX wrote:Dude is seven foot and 240. Why stay and risk injury when he could go top ten EASILY after next year?
So Oden is easily top ten, and shouldn't stay. Big Baby is 5-12, so he should? I guess that 2 pick swing from 10 to 12 makes a huge difference.T REX wrote:Big Baby is a 5-12 pick.
Let's continue:
So from this, Big Baby is not grounded or smart because he does have the size and he is risking serious injury by coming back. As you said, if someone has that size and talent, why stay in college?T REX wrote:OSU fan would love to believe that. Yeah he's there for four years. Are you stupid? Just like Kwame........dude is gone for the bucks. Grounded means that he's smart and will NOT RISK SERIOUS INJURY!!!!!!
Take the jack when you are that good and have that size. No reason to stay in college anymore. You can quote him all you want but these guys NEVER change their minds. Fools.
Let's move on:
So at this point in your argument, what is different between Oden and Big Baby? And before you say it, this was when you were saying Oden was a top 10 pick, not #1 overall? After you make that distinction later in your post, you come back a little while later with this:T REX wrote:I am sorry but to risk millions and millions just to be excited is stupid. i think you'll find that when the money is on the table he'll bolt. He's no different from everyone else but keep telling your pathetic selves that over and over. He's an anomaly. He loves C-bus. He would never leave our great school for millions of dollars. STFU!!!!
So what is the difference with Big Baby? Right now, he is risking the same things that Oden would be risking if Oden came back? So which side of the fence are you on now?T REX wrote:The kid may WANT to stay but it would be hard to justify staying and risking injury and losing millions. If he decides to forgo millions for some "college experience" then I think he's an idiot.
You bitch at me on the boards and in PM's that these forums need new blood because they are stagnant and we are "bringing it down" with the "same tired arguments". I guess if we could rely on some current posters to bring educated points of view to the table, we wouldn't have to be looking for new blood. But as we can see, in your case, we are asking way too much.

Hmmm, that name sounds familiar. Does he play for that one team that I occasionally root for, if they're doing well?Killian wrote:Why didn't Big Baby go pro? I mean, he's a big man, likely to go very high in the draft and is risking millions of dollars if he stays. Idiot!

A number one pick vs the possibility of 5-12.
Big baby has some weaknesses that oden does not.
Point being.....big baby needs to address somethings(i am sure oden does as well) BUT oden most likely would/will be the number one pick regardless.
There is a difference. Unfortunately for your pathetic whacked out ass you can't see it. You just want to argue some lame point when it is obvious.
Is your life that sad?
Do me a favor and just do not address my posts anymore. It's like arguing with rainman.
Fair enough?

Tell you what, I'll respond to any post I feel like. Don't get pissy because I can shoot holes in your stupid ass rants easier than you can slurp up anything Opie.
As usual, excellent retort.
Have you realized yet that you haven't or can't, debate one single god damned point the entire time you've been on either board?
BTW, Woppner isn't on anymore and you still need to learn to drive.
And the doctors at Beekman are begining to wonder where you are.

Just because we don't post in this forum all year long dosen't mean that we aren't fans all year long.
Get over it already.
