Plot Summary for The Beer Hunter (2006)
Toddowen played by (Robert DeNiro), Risa and Nick Frisco are young factory workers from Pennsylvania who get drafted to fight in Vietnam. Before they go, Todd marries the pregnant Cinder and their wedding-party is also the men's farewell party. After some time and many horrors the three friends fall in the hands of the Vietcong and are brought to a prison camp. Toddowen shocks the Cong by playing Dowenroulette, a weekly game when after imbibing mass quantities of alcohol, he goes into suicide mode. Others around him don't want to contest him, nor do they want to hear/read about his suicidal tendencies either.
Toddowen(Robert De Niro), Nick (LTS TRN2), and Risa (IB) all troubled in their own way, struggle against the reality of war, love and logical bbs postings. In a final scene, a "WAKEY THE FUCK UP" was set by Nick, and he donned a Donald Rumsfeld mask in a valiant attempt to scare Todd. Todd wasn't fooled by the charade, but he kept up his suicidal rants until Risa was forced to breast feed him in front of several hundred Cong.
In the final scene, all three experience the power of God and God, wrath, pity, and ridicule, which is compounded by the stark reality that life is no bowl of fucking cherries, and that half of their combined posts will be forced to endure captivity in the prison known as: JTR's Synapse Jamboree.
Sober rating: 1 1/2 stars
High as Bace: 3 stars
I may stay up for this movie.

Illegally? no. No desire to. Drugs are for losers.
No matter how bad it gets, I do not want to go there.
And I don't like needles ;)
But this is for Toddowen. I guess he doesn't
want to :( oh well.

Reading your posts, it is a fight that is not winnable...
We give up. You actually are genetically inferior. You proved it without a shadow of a doubt. Thanks for the clarity.

Gonna go out on a limb here and guess that even despite all Todd's trolling Annie is far more guilty than Todd of hating black people...

"Poor Van" really doesn't give a shit, and neither will the NCAA, so it's a non story.

So is Oregon the Pac-10 champion for the 05 season?
"I'd be surprised though if SC had to forfeit games."
Is this just wishful thinking? I'm no expert, but it is my understanding that a team must forfeit any games an ineligible player played in. At least, that was the rule against us with Ainsworth. Maybe SC plays with different rules though. Who knows.
I'm also skeptical of Reggie Bush's ignorance to this issue. He seems like a bright enough guy to understand that money doesn't just grow on trees. I think even you agree that he knew where his mom lived. If that's the case, he should've asked "So did you guys win the lottery or something?" Anyway, a reasonable person would've asked. A reasonable person would not have stuck his head in the sand like an ostrich just to claim ignorance later.

When was the first time you hated whitey?
I don't know. The first time I heard about what happened to my grandparents and absorbed why it happened, on the abstract. It's
hard to like a group that would ban people from swimming pools,
or state fairs, or hospitals, or restaurants, or hotels or places to live
because of their race.
(yet another reason, by the way, why this talk of the illegal immigrant
demands being the new civil rights movement are not only off the scale
offensive but figuratively dead wrong.)
Doing something about it? probably 2nd grade. because
everyone else was doing it..... if that makes sense. the
sense of competition. That's not really hate, though. But
the sense on the playground was that you were supposed to...
again, if that makes sense. The sense of competition was huge.
Psychologically? probably 1st grade. That story doesn't bear
repeating, though. because it's dumb.
But those are the three.
Your turn.

In all ways? In total?
Of course not.
I know you enough to know you've got so much good in you, above and beyond your emotional sicknesses and your pandering racial obsessions.
Here, though? You disgust me big time. You serve no purpose here; at least no good purpose. At one time you might've served a decent purpose here, years ago, but anymore all you are is an ugly caricature of yourself. You've become nothing but a contemptible punchline.
Are you comfortable being Pickle, Part II: The Far More Disturbed Poster?
Watching you, I'm not. I hate watching you on here, constantly making a complete ass out of yourself; constantly getting your ass kicked...and never learning from it. More than anything, I hate
why you continue to post here. I hate
why you won't give it up: You choose the easy comfort of
this constant asskicking/avenue to vent your diseased spleen rather than walking away from the internet and risking a real life's real asskickings.
You've given in to your cowardice and lack of self esteem. Rather than stick your neck out by attempting to live a real life you're somehow comfortable playing the occasionally lucid mumbling black bag lady of the internet.
Yeah, here, you disgust me. Do us all a favor; yourself, most of all. Just go away.

The folks intent upon diluting the meaning of trolling state: anyone who posts a message and thinks there might be a reply forthcoming is a troll and is trolling for a response. The radical alternative, a board full of solipsists, would be a completely void waste of bandwidth. Sticking to a more agreeable understanding of trolling, for a more reasonable middle road, there's inspired trolling on one end of the spectrum and the worst kind on the other. Pickle is the worst kind of troller. He sucks because all he's about is inciting. Incitement is fine on a smack board... hell it's a duty. But it's just suck ass trolling when there's no smack based on belief following the incitement.
Smackers and smack itself, whether humorous or serious, are best judged with one key question in mind:
Is the smacker or the smack convincing? Part of the formula for convincing others is of course being convinced oneself. Pickle could convince no one because he's just a retard and therefore unable to hold any convictions and supporting any is obviously out of the question. He can't think: the only activity going on in his head is the ringing in his ears that he complained about.
Risa, from what I've read... and I mostly scroll, does not appear to be the worst kind of troller. Looks to me like she believes what she goes on about. She's got that going for her. But remember, that's only part of running it.
What she's got her convictions based upon is questionable at best, and so there's no punch to what passes for smack coming from her. Ultimately, she's not convincing.
Draw the venn diagram; place her in whatever category and wherever categories overlap. But in any of it you won't find Pickle, unless there's an unconnected circle drawn and labelled "Fire Island".

velo, it's nothing that complicated...
Annie = Pickle in that they're both racially obsessed and they both post with a one track mind bent on inciting people.
The difference is one of degrees. Pickle was pretty much a wink and nod troll. Annie's a lifer. She trolls, definitely, but in an entirely different manner.
