You see those defribilators in malls now and they tell you exactly how to use them with voice prompts and simple diagrams where to place the pads. Even the training ones can be set to be used for real applications.
I always thought some punk mall kids could put them on someones ass and try to zap them, but the defribilator examines the victim before deciding if a shock is needed.
Technology has certainly come a long way in the medical sciences. Those things should be in all public buildings. In restaurants they should be near the public restrooms as many choking victims are embarrassed and go into a stall then die of cardiac arrest.
