If he stays healthy you've landed a very strong player, Puker fan.

I'm pleased to know that Wood wasn't picked up by another AFC West team.

Thats a lot of $$$$ for Woodson .

thats a big if. I'm not sad to see him go to be totally honest. He went after the money and got it. the Pack seriusly overpaid for an oft injured CB who hasn't had a standout season since 2000.

Word has it that the contract is similar to what the Gaints gave Arrington. Lots of funny money and incentives.

This Raiderfan is bummed to see Charles leave. Charles is one cool talented dude who got branded by the media a slacker and non-leader.

He never quite lived up to the hype/expectations of the Nation in general but I can only look back and remember his rookie season when he scored his first TD in Phoenix…the excitement of his crushing blow on Tom Brady in the Snowbowl and all of the pretty solid shit in between.

Salute!

It's a shame he's been so banged up. He was never the same since T.O. went for over 200 yards on him.

Was that the "crushing blow" to Brady's helmet???

Lots of $$, but it takes Ahmad Caroll out of the starting lineup, making it a great move for the Packers.

C-ya.

Wood never lived up to all of the hype surrounding him and his talent IMHO.

His rookie year was definitely his best in the silver and black-besides the year of our super bowl run in which we played with a fucking metal plate on his busted ankle...........

that alone deserves anyones respect.

In the end he just didnt give a damn about working out and training in the offseason, and loved to party-and it was never going to change. Too bad, because he could've been one of the greatest corners EVER had he focused on offseason training and bettering himself instead of bitches, drinks, yay0, and clubbin.

Thanks for the memories and service, Wood.
