I'm having trouble figuring out how to open .BUP / .IFO / .VOB files. I've downloaded a few concerts I want to be able to view and then burn them to DVD, but I can't find a program that will open these files.
Will WINDVD work? If so, does anyone know where to find a "free" download of this?
btw- I've already used my port in the storm and restoring did nothing. Don't even do it, ElvisMonstair.

Just import those files into your VIDEO TS folder when you select DVD VIDEO on your burning software.
I believe VLC Player will handle .BUP/.IFO files if you simply plan on viewing them.
It's spyware and adware free.

Use DVDShrink's open file command to import it. You can then create an .iso file, and burn it with DVD Decrypter
