what do you know about nicholson.. a trouble maker or in the wrong place at the wrong time?
Ummm, I would say the two times he was arrested during the summer before his senior season, he was being stupid and making bad decisions. One was a DUI, which I know a lot of good people who have gotten one. The second one was he was just drunk and acting stupid outside of a club and decided to resist arrest by running off and hiding. Thats why he got tasered. He had never been in trouble prior to that.
The incident before the Orange Bowl was being at the wrong place. He has never been charged w/ sexual assault b/c basically the women wasnt assaulted and there has not been enough evidence to bring charges against him. A buddy of mine is a trainer on the team and he said what happened was that he was out a little past curfew and decided to bring a girl back to his room. The girl was actually a prostitute and after sex demanded he pay her. He didnt know and basically told her to get the fuck out of his room. She got pissed and cried wolf.
As far as football goes, he was the leader on the FSU defense. Leading tackler the past 2 years, he was one that called the plays in the huddle and everyone looked to him. I think if the incident at the Orange Bowl hadnt occurred, he would have been a 2nd Round pick. I think him signing w/ the Bengals is a good thing, b/c Marvin Lewis will keep him in line. I think he has learned his lesson and will be a great Will LB for the Bengals along w/ Odell and Pollack.
