this has been one hell of a third period. west coast hockey can be fun. everyone is balls out. huslis had his chance, and he knew it.

i'm glad i stayed up for this.

Can't say I watched too much of the game but did see the Niedermayer goal. At least we'll have one Game 7 in the first round. We've got two teams facing elimination tonight but they'll be at home.

Well, I just managed to snag a couple seats for Game 7 on the balcony at centre ice. These will be the best seats my butt will have ever graced in the Saddledome, so that's exciting, I suppose. Would still prefer that there never was a Game 7.

And on that note, if any of you know anyone looking for tickets to this game, I've gotta unload my regular seats now!!

That shouldn't be too tough.

Right now, I'm in a battle of anxieties over the prospects of a Battle of Alberta, and the possibility of losing a playoff series to the Ducks.

Well it will be if I try to recover the cost of upgrading my seats, which wasn't too cheap. Don't know if my good consciousness will allow that sort of gouging though.

Yup...don't make a bet if you can't handle losing. I have to wear it until the Oilers are out. I'm praying to the hockey gods that they lose in the next round in 4 or 5 games.
