I had an interview on Wednesday for a Head Coaching gig with a 2A school here in Oklahoma that went really well. I currently have no prior teaching or coaching experience, but the lady that interviewed me drove 3+ hours to do so anyway, based on my phone interview. I'll know more by the middle of next week. I don't expect to get the job, but, if I find out that I'm one of the Top 3, then there's a good chance that I will. Wish me luck, folks. It'd keep me away from the OKC / Tulsa areas for a while, but I would have a chance to work out any kinks in my systems before going to a bigger school. I'm excited.

Uh... I guess I don't have to make up a football take since, technically, that is one... but, just in case...

3/4 defense and a lot of trickeration on offense to make up for lack of size and speed.

I coached little league 5 years.
Piece of advise.
If your opponent has a QB that can't throw the out all to well...corner blitz early and often (make a little fast guy a good tackler) and role your linebacker for the underneath and have the safety cheat his way.
Have him read the QB, often times he'll be in the backfield about the time of the hand-off, or he's gonna blast the QB.
