Do you want to be a Member of a Private Forum

Post by Biggie »

If so, please apply here. I am a seasoned veteran of private forums, having started and bankrupted not less than two. I have recently excommunicated myself from my most recent venture (details available via PM to all), and am looking to pour my time and money into a new start-up. I see some potential here, and am willing to host an open casting call. Please provide application in this thread, with the following particulars:

- Initial date of registration on JR smack boards
- Best nic
- Opening value on Pogue Mahone Stock Exchange if applicable
- current password

Thanks; you look forward to working with me.

Fester, although you failed to follow the application format, you're in on reputation alone. No additional information or credentials required. url will be provided by Monday, with all other relevant information.

Dinsdale, I'm not sure about you. You're a little too yappy.

Yeah, but I can keep it zipped when I'm taking pile-ons in which the participants don't know how or why they're piling on me...

Will I again be the subject of a long debate among the current members before I'm granted an invite?

If so, and if Iaa isn't too pissy this time...uhhh, maybe. I want a promise from you though Biggie that I can crash on your couch if it all goes to shit.

Rumor has it, refreshments are the norm.

And this custom avatar thing sounds like a winner.

Can I expect mine soon?

Yeah, thanks for the "apps" :meds: - I'm not going with anyone that's a member of my other failed enterprises, and I'm certainly not going with anyone that's a current member of the Pirate Titanic. No PrimeX, No Van, no itsanavatar. New blood only, except for Python and Rootbeer.

There are like 11 million posts here every day - aren't any of you worthwhile posters?

And you don't want to sell anything, or buy anything. And you don't want to process anything bought or sold. And you don't want to barter for anything bought, sold, or processed.

aren't any of you worthwhile posters?

No, not really.

These boards would be better without any posts by anyone not named Dinsdale, anyway.

Who knows...maybe I'll call it...

I thought the Glory Days ended when Truck did in Dr Bob. Or, when Python had sex with DeanB...or something like that.

But, the passing of the invisiblem puppetmaster was a death blow.
