We laid my dad to rest finally

In a military cemetary here in AZ near where my mom and sister live. Took some time as we moved my mom here from Boston after the old man passed away. Just wanted to give a rack out to the honor guard who handled my dad's service, very classy and respectful. Also many racks out to those in uniform who protect our freedoms on a daily basis as our independence day draws near. My dad was a proud American and a proud veteran.

Rack your Dad.
I was in San Antonio (Fort Sam Houston)
in April to bury my Uncle (my late Mom's brother).
I received the flag--what an honor !!
I was also impressed with the professionalism
of the Army contingent.
I bought a nice case for it-- wood with the
glass front. It sits on top of the bookcase
in my den.

If you're looking for a July 4th rack, nice timing Th.

Oh wait, is this the super-patriotic thread, where the Neil Diamond lyrics of "Coming to America," are posted, or is that somewhere else?

Rack your father for his service. And I'm glad you were able to get a color guard. They're impressive, but deserved; unfortunately not every vet gets this honor (their services are being stretched thin at times these days).

It's the playing of taps & the bagpipes playing Amazing Grace that gets me every time.

Defininte rack to your old man...and to his service to our country.

Rack to all our service men and women all over the world. Rack my 2 boys in the Marine Corps.

and you have to understand that these people are serving so fuckheads like Radio Fan can spew their chosen drivel to the uneducated masses like himself and his lemming minions.
