I believe that the court orders to seize his assets were given the greenlight some time ago. The assets have been frozen for years and his death has little bearing on the matter and cannot be sheltered by the estate.

I'm sure that Mr. Lay was very well insured so that his family will be well taken care of that way. Unless we find that the insurance premiums were paid with the funds that he made from his scheme to defraud. If that's the case, we'll take that too. (kidding about the last part)

Apparently, some of you have never seen a federal minimum-security prison.

Got one not too far down the road from me. While jumping the 3-foot fence might be a problem for TVO, it probably wouldn't be too difficult for the rest of you.

They don't have a golf course at this particular country-club-facility, but many of them do.

No gaurd towers, no barbed wire, and they have bedrooms instead of cells. They can walk out, and you or I could walk in.
