Unfortunately, the article doesn't give Heckard's age, on which the case may hinge. If dude is older than MJ, then he has a case. But if Jordan is older, he should be able to claim a legal right to the look. I'm surprised the douche isn't suing MJ's mom (if she's still drawing breath) for passing along the genes that resulted in dude's oft-mistaken identity. (I'm sure he'd sue Pops, too, if he wasn't taking a dirtnap.)
