One thing's for goddamn sure here, and it's that no matter what happens in the Middle East the U.S. will not suffer unduly because of it. If push comes to shove the U.S. and Israel will certainly make their enemies suffer like they just cannot fucking imagine, definitely, but that's about it.

Israel is all set to mop the floor with her enemies; she merely waits for the command phrase and a loosening of her leash. Beyond that, nobody but nobody in the Middle East (or any other part of the world) wants any part of a pissed off United States military.

If in fact the U.S. ever felt compelled to consider this an actual war befitting a congressional declaration of war the slaughter of the Arab armies and countless scores of their human shield citizenry at our hands would be so total and so comparitively bloodless on our side that it couldn't even rightly be called "war"...

Basically, the Arab world better muster up whatever collective smarts they have and they'd better do so very quickly here. The clock is ticking and if we ever decide to let the bell ring it's all over for them.

They'll wake up in the aftermath and discover a whole new map has been created and whereas Israel used to be that annoying little spit of land wedged against the Mediterranean suddenly there's a white and blue flag and a Star Of David the size of Texas covering the entire region...and there will never be a damn thing they or anybody else can do about it.
