..in prison?

Local news. A former cop from Manhattan Beach grabbed a 14 yr old boy off the streets a couple months ago. Show him a badge made him get in this truck. Then he took him out in the desert and raped the kid. Now they just found out that the guy is HIV+.

I'm sure a kid raping HIV ex-cop will do well in prison.

Nah. It's from "An Innocent Man" and the quote is by F. Murray Abraham who played a con who's about to get even with a corrupt cop in the joint. Dude also breaks out with this classic:
