Electric cars have tended to be ugly, glorified golf carts with no power. But check out the latest engineering marvel. This isn't just a prototype, this baby will be for sale, not cheaply though, of course.

250 miles per charge? How much gas you going to need to spend on the generator you have to tote around to charge the damn thing on a cross country trip?

It is an 80k two seater. In other words, it is even less functional than Rack Fu's 54k 2WD SUV. But you could easily make a cross country trip with it were you to mix in a long lunch at a truck stop every day.

A VERY long lunch.

wanna buy one of these ??
A guy rolled into my old home town many years ago
and bilked a lot of the locals of $$$ with claims he had
developed an effective battery for an automobile. At least
Tucker actually made a few cars !

shit--I forgot to get SW FL and my pool into it !!

#2 daughter in Vestal lives on a hillside--
had water passing by, but no flooding in
the basement !

sucked for those poor truckers on I-88
(Warren Anderson Hwy) that didn't see the
washed out culvert.
