The only rule is the guy has to have proven his dumbassness in college not the NFL otherwise this team would be dominated by the Florida schools. I'm thinking this list might still be dominated by the SEC :D

I've got a personal problem with Dante: the son-of-a-bitch was driven around before and after games in a golf cart. Chauffeured golf cart. Almost runs a friend and me over after a game.

My friend yells, "FUCK YOU" at the cart, which never even slowed down. I say, "Hey, that was Dante Hall." So I yell, "FUCK YOU, great game!" at them.

This is actually kind of hard to come up with a CU candidate. Most of CU's dumbasses are exempt thanks to the Ricky/OJ rule (Rae Carruth, Rashaan Salaam, Michael Westbrook).
