I never listen to lyrics so these will be sketchy... I hear this one song that is catchy and want to modify it with a heavier guitar tone.

Again, these lyrics are sketchy and I can't hum the tune on the board. They are out of order. It's a catchy tune but

It almost sounds like a Martina McBride cookie cutter tune.

It's something like that and I can feel the tune but don't know the song. I figure Bace would know since I too have most of The Smiths collection and a few others, besides my R&R basics.

Yeah it's current. Sounds like the Smithereens fuse with XTC's song "The Mayor of Simpleton" type of beat and sound.

A guy I work with knows just about every song there is as he has a huge mp3 library and even he didn't know what it was. Anyway, it is just one of those songs of unknown origin.
