This is not necessarily a permanent condition. Your outlook can be reconsiderd if you'd give it a go. And to that end, some on-point study aids will prove useful.

This is just the first in a series.

I don't know. There's a few paragraph breaks, but they are widely scattered. Are you suggesting that some frodo-type individual deleted some of the paragraph breaks but not others?

I don't see it that way, 88. Ridiculing a nation that had just gone through a vicious twenty year war for lack of higher education seems childish and unworthy of a serious response.

Keep in mind, imperialism hit the middle east and Africa like sledge-hammer, with western backed dictators inflicting cruel miseries upon their populations for centuries. Higher education is in the public interest, ensures intelligence and encourages critical thought - this is not in the interest of foreign capital and not bound to flourish.

In general? Clinton could have been a counter-balance to the Reagan Republicans, but in that regard he failed miserably. Specific policy criticism? See welfare reform.
