Apologies to Van for the really slow guitar player.

I remember that song. Damn it was weird yet good to listen to.
Gladys Knight looks like Barry Bonds, BTW....

I had forgotten all about that song until it came on my car radio whilst driving my grandson to daycare. Once they started getting into all that yodeling and whistling and whatnot, he was sitting there in his carseat with a great big shit-eating grin on his face. I will show him the video this weekend.

You should find the "King Harvest" song "Dancin' in the Moonlight" while your at it. One of my favs from the "They were nothing" list.

That was my exact reaction to that pic, so I chose a random worthless thread to post it in.

Saw Focus play live back in 1973 or so. They opened for Yes at Winterland when Yes was touring for Close to the Edge.
My memory is that I was not all that impressed by Focus (sort of a one trick pony), as I was really there to see the main attraction.
Yes, on the other hand was memorable to say the least.
I get up. I get down.

I watched enough of the video just to remind myself who they were. I also laughed because the yodeling reminded me of the scene where Lloyd slipped Harry the turbolax, causing him to literally blow up in the movie "Dumb and Dumber."

Too bad. According to many of their fans, they peaked in 1972.

2st - but Yes didn't peak until much later. Christ, this is about the last time decent music was produced by virtually ANYONE

Nah. All kinds of great music out - you're just not looking in the right places.
