Got the church softball team party on Sunday. Cookin up a nie 16.5 lb. brisket I bought today. Looking forward to it.

Post your smoked brisket recipe here. I'd like to compare mine to yours. I haven't changed my briskey recipe at all. And i make mine in 5 hours (4 hours on the heat).

Now, if you have a "trimmed" briskey recipe, feel free to post it. Cook time will be much less than a traditional FAT laden brisket.
