by the time it might hit us*, it will be at best a 50mph storm maybe 75 , but whos counting. all the more reason to stock up on beer and cheetoes and "ride it out" for a day or six.

Yeah I'm not worried. It will bring nice cooler weather and some rain and wind. Yay!

Last time you told the story, it was January.
You've never really been to Portland, have you?
it was cold and wet.
Not sure which part of "winter" you didn't understand? (And yes, November is pretty much "winter," or at least the early phases of it)
lots of homeless heroin addicast.
Yup. It's usually worse...we send many of them south for the winter.
lots of retarded blavck peobple.

And believe it or not, I stopped at the Acropolis for lunch on Friday while the Mrs. was still up at U of P. I didn't even need to look at the menu. I ordered the steak special ($4 and you get a really tasty 8 oz. steak, Baked Potato or Fries, Big 'ol piece of garlic Texas Toast and a couple of deals of assorted sauces), I also had them put the sauteed mushrooms on top for an extra buck, and a small picture of beer for $5.
I did see on the menu that they had a two pound burger, that they claim with the bun and all the toppings to be a 5 pound meal. I also saw the 10 egg omelet, the spaghetti meal for about 3 bucks or so. Fawk, the steak meal was killer. The tits onstage were mostly some skanky lunch time strippers with inked up bodies.

Misty? Yeah, she's still there, but as you can see she's lost a few pounds.

So he isn't really an ignant black man, he just plays one on TV. And very convincingly, too, I might add.

That means he went to school. That doesn't mean that he was educated while he was there...

Yes it does. Tulane is a tough school. You don't just graduate because you're there.
Nagin is very politically astute. Hell, he was a Bush campaign contributor in the past, and he was a Republican most of his life, until he decided to run for Mayor, when he conveniently switched his party affiliation to get elected. He's saying a lot of this outrageous shit because he's tapping into the sheer anger that black New Orleanians and many others are feeling about the lack of reconstruction. Is he part of the problem? Absolutely, but he's twisting it to his favor.
