Ready to take my lumps

Props to the Buckeyes. They brought first class fans to my town and watched their first class team beat my beloved Horns. I don't think the game was as close as the final score showed. Texas' lone score came on a fresh set of downs as the result of a gift from the zebras. Bad call. At least it did not seriously affect the outcome. The OSU offense was better than advertised. Tarel Brown would not have mattered. The Texas D looked confused and could not cover anyone. The best defense at times was OSU receivers dropping passes. Colt McCoy showed he is young and inexperienced. He did stand tall and take some hits and bounced back up. I thought the play calling was pretty Greg Davis-esque. Very typical big game schemes. How many times can we run the same play- dump off to the RB. And that larengitis LB is pretty damn salty. I also liked the class of Troy Smith during the sideline interview. He did not take the "revenge" bait and answered pretty calm and collected. Anyway I'm disappointed in the Horns showing tonight. Of course VY is missed and I realized long ago it was not going to be easy to repeat, so the loss is not as painful. But I'll volunteer to be the first in line for my new sig. Curse Corso for picking Texas and dooming our changes.

Well said, especially the "Greg Davis-esque" part. Without Vince we're back to the same 'ol shit with the same basic 5 plays. I, along with some Ohio State fans at the bar called many of our offensive plays before the ball was hiked by just seeing our offensive formations. It was that bad.

Props to the Buckeyes. I met some great fans tonight and had a great time, regardless of the outcome.

Gimme my sig.

rack you guys for coming in and coming correct like all good fans do...

perhaps we should give a class to mTOOL in how to win and lose with class I think texas fan this year, tOSU fan last year, OU fan, SC fan, and the FSU contingent, along with others ND, PSU, win and lose with class on this board...

great game...can't say I wasn't pissed that the Roughing the passer and that faggot MARK MAY was already declaring that helmet to helmet when Reece Davis said that was questionable...

again, great game...McCoy will be the man...the OL is tough as are your WR's, McCoy just needs time...tOSU will be in the same boat next year with the QB situation. Smith, Gonzalez, and Ginn were just clicking tonight...the one thing was how many times were they going to leave Gonzalez wide ass open?

Anyway the sigs will be available in a day or so I am sure...

Good luck the rest of the way...

I'll be waiting.

Maybe, even a link where m2Cool doesn't come correct?

If you're looking for me to be humble, when I'm attacked by idiots all week long, you maybe waiting a while jr.

I've played the game, and I know, weakness is for the fans.

The difference in this game was execution. tOSU executed like a champion and Texas did not.

I don't blame the play calling, we are playing a freshmen QB, he hasn't earned the right to run more risky plays. He will be ok, the coaches called plays that we knew would could run. If Texas executes this is a much closer game, if we don't drop all those passes we might have sustained drives a little better.

The one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was the way our defense couldn't stop the Buckeyes, props to them for carving up a pretty good team.

I think we will be ok with a little seasoning.

Here is a noble concept.....leave. Go bug another forum. With that Kal education you should have enough sense to know that you are not wanted. Isn't there a deadhead revival that you could sell some chimes at???? I hear they did those things in Katmandu. You should look in to it.

Give me my sig.....

-Who was it that said part of the reason Cal lost to Tennessee was down to Tennessee's cheating and stealing Cal's signs?

-Who was it that said a large part of why Cal lost 475-3 to Tennessee was down to one Cal DB being out with an injury?

-Who was it who blamed the loss on their TB not getting enough carries, even though Cal quickly fell behind by a lead so large that it was insurmountable in terms of a comeback via the running game?

-Who was it that said Cal was only three plays away from winning a game in which they were behind 35-0?

-Who was it that based off of one miraculous win over the soon to be MNC Cal Bears declared Tennessee an unbeatable team at Neyland, right before Tennessee went out and nearly lost at home to...Air Force!!

Well put Van...and lately I have been wondering...if we start ignoring M2 completely, will he go away? I mean it happens all the time, guys posting in a thread and then in comes this idiotic comment from the retarded step-brother m2. Most of the time people scan right over it and go on with the conversation at hand. However, we all occasionally reply. Do you think if we just stopped doing that he would leave?

In general I don't mind m2 like the rest of you do but yeah, I'd guess that if we all literally never responded to him and nobody ever caved in then he'd eventually get bored and move on.

Thing is, whatever you think of m2 he's still nowhere near as ridiculous as Bradhusker...even if we're only dealing with a Bradhusker imposter at this point.

Now here is 1 point Van and I agree on. If everyone would just ignore him perhaps he would then seek the professional help he needs. Clearly dude is in need of intervention as his history shows that he will do anything for attention and has an unhealty need to be degraded.

I remember the first time I ever dealt with Brad. It was during the '03 bowl season, and that year, Nebraska beat Michigan State in the Alamo Bowl. I took exception to his statement that that was the worst Nebraska team in the last 30 years, and the best Michigan State team in the last 30 years. From that, he apparently concluded that I was a Michigan State fan.

I was absolutely dumbfounded that anyone could say anything so profoundly stupid, especially given the fact that I had never exactly hid where my allegiance lie. Now that I know who/what Brad is, it's funny.

But occasionally, I'll still dig at him by saying that Brad apparently didn't know in 2003 that ND had a football team. In case anyone was wondering, that incident was the basis for that.

This brad is a piss poor imposter of the first Brad. Although the first Brad would tend to pm you with his dribble. Perhaps Brad #2 needs a little more corn feeding.

He'd just careen all over the place questioning people's manhood, their ability to finish a steak, whether they could have kids or not, how much the '95 Huskers would pummel, dryfuck, cornhole, whatever any team that people were talking about.

It was usually a pretty good read.
I second that. Brad #1s rant about eating off of peoples plates at the smorgasbore was epic.

I see your point, but having said that, if you've seen one post from Brad #1, you've pretty much seen 'em all.

I think you just combined Brad with Phoenix Rob. Or were they really the same person?
