Did anyone catch the game day or preview before the OSU/UT game? Clear as day in the back ground was a huge sign that literally said: "Lee Corso has a baby arm".
I almost fell out of my chair laughing.

You mean literally has a baby arm or does 'baby arm' mean something else I'm not aware of?
WTF?
If the former, that's the most idiotic attempt at humor I've ever witnessed, save for a few Goober, Kevnic, AP posts.

It's from Austin Powers and means "huge cock". Mini-me is taking a piss and they comment on how he has a huge dick and compare it to looking like a baby's arm.

Well, I imagine a lot of the t.u. fans lived in and around Dallas. Dallas has a local sports radio station, 1310 The Ticket.
They use the phrase "baby arm" all the time as gloss for a person with one really short arm. You see these people with this deformity from time to time. That is probably what the person holding the sign was referring to. I don't think it was an ILII reset.

IF-
I saw that and burst out laughing. Also saw it on Sturm's blog. Obviously, it's so inside only P1s get it. Is lobster claws next? Merkin?

Yeah, Kendra, if someone was suggesting that he literally has a baby arm, that would be a poor attempt at humor. Props for flaunting your simple-minded naiveté again.
I see the resemblance:
